Introducing Our Sales Account Manager, Michelle Petross

Here at Imperium Elite, we welcome individuals with all levels of experience. Everyone who walks through our doors has something to learn and something to teach. When we meet an individual who is equally eager to grow their skills and be an excellent example for others, we jump at the opportunity to work with them. This is exactly what happened upon meeting our Sales Account Manager, Michelle Petross.

At just nineteen years old, Michelle’s greatest accomplishment to date is graduating from high school, a first in her immediate family. She understands that hard work and determination are what it takes to achieve a goal, and she exemplifies this through her daily standards. Upon learning that Michelle has been working since she turned sixteen, we knew she had the drive needed to excel at Imperium Elite. Her no-quit mentality has been contagious since she started with us a few months ago, and there aren’t enough words to describe how thankful we are that she has joined our Imperium family!

We love shining a spotlight on our team members who have shown exemplary growth and high standards, which is why we are excited to share a Q&A with you all about Michelle!

To start, tell us where you’re from.

I was born and raised in New Waverly, Texas.

New Waverly is a great city and not too far from us here in Houston!

While graduating was a huge milestone for you, we know you are very future-focused. Can you share a little about your goals with us?

My short-term goal is to save enough money to get an apartment, and my long-term goal is to own my own business.

“An important lesson is that a commitment is doing what you said you would do after the motivation has left.”

What skill do you possess that you believe will help you achieve these goals?

I would say my greatest skill is being a good learner.

What is your favorite thing about working here at Imperium Elite?

My favorite thing about my company is the environment and growth opportunities.

Regarding your teammates, what values are the most important to you?

Values that are important to me in a teammate would be hardworking, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.

Are you more independent or team-oriented?

I am more independently motivated.

You’ve earned so much growth since day one and have always been eager for feedback. How well do you respond to criticism?

I respond to criticism well. To be a good leader, you have to be a student.

Do you believe that you’ll be in our industry long-term?

I think I will be in the business industry for the long haul.

“My advice for people starting a career is never quit because losing is how you learn.”

As you can see, Michelle is a prime example of what happens when you have a student mentality. She is always eager to learn. Why? Because she knows that diving into knowledge and gaining first-hand experience now will lead her to the life she wants tomorrow. Our Imperium Elite team is grateful for her attitude, enthusiasm, and daily reminders that we can achieve anything we set our minds to!
